Kam Lespert – A slimy, ambitious mid-level vampire bureaucrat desperate for political power be believes entitled to. Kam’s ruthless attempt to blackmail a journalist for a Council seat backfires, inadvertently inspiring the werewolves he so deeply despises.
The Protectors – Neoropa’s masked, heavily armed vampire police force. Serving as Salazar’s brutal enforcers, these ruthless thugs maintain order through intimidation and violence, though their arrogance toward werewolves is often their undoing.
